The European Commission's new edition of its 'Practical Guide to EU Funding Opportunities for Research and Innovation' contains valuable and clear information about European Union research and innovation funding opportunities available to the 16 European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument countries (Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Occupied Palestinian Territory, Syria, Tunisia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine, Russia).

WCM is an intensive 5-day training mission in Japan about improvement of productivity, assisting executives from EU manufacturing companies to acquire a better understanding of how Japanese companies continually eliminate costs from their manufacturing. This mission will provide participants with an ideal opportunity to visit some of the world's most advanced Japanese plants to understand the real “Gemba”, (i.e. the production site), to talk directly with their production managers, and to observe how manufacturing methods are implemented effectively.

The EU SME Centre in Beijing, China, is a project funded by the European Union, that provides a comprehensive range of hands-on support services to European Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), assisting them to establish, develop and maintain commercial activities in the Chinese market.

In order to export we must first create our product or better still a range of products. A well-designed product should meet three conditions as follows:

A business plan includes both text and several economic tables. The text is the main corpus of a business plan and includes more than 150 questions in different sections. You can elaborate sections in random order except for the executive summary which must be last. You can skip the questions that do not concern the type of your business.
